Christine Mejia
Christine is a born and raised Brooklynite of Dominican descent. She was raised by a poor single mother with 2 sisters and her Tita. She is always ready to work and holds a passion for all things theatre. You name it from script writing, writing, sound, lighting, costume designing, choreography, set design, acting, etc. She lives and breathes the arts.
She has many roles in her day to day as an Actress, Podcast co-host, and Event Planner. When not working she can be seen dancing, taking care of her fur babies, and getting ready for her next traveling adventure. Christine believes traveling is the best way to experience the world, it gives you an unfiltered view of the earth's beauty and all the people in it.
When it comes to nature, Christine loves the feel of rain and the sound of forest trees in the wind. While on her travels she adores the way air gets clearer the higher up on hiking trail you get or the rush of getting to the top. The sounds of the animals in the trees and howling wind at night. This has influenced her tastes in art which leans towards dark naturalism with romantic elements.
Christine supports women’s rights, animal rights, and LGBTQ communities. Her love for animals has become one of her most defining traits. Along with encouraging young women to find love and acceptance for all that they are and will become.
